During this semester I've been going to register a course called Fundamentals of Astronomy in the UCR. I really liked the class is very practical and often go to the planetarium where we can teach the rods in a very, very clear and simple.
But there is something that does not fit well in my brain, and each class is that we see, and growing deeper and deeper on the issues is where the more I realize something horrible is happening ..
Millions of dollars are spent daily to maintain space projects, millions more investigating, but we want to know as Pluto is made if even the planet Earth is well? As they send a space probe like the New Horizons traveling near Pluto to determine how it is? And to see as are the other dwarf planets?
I think instead of this pile of studies so expensive, they should care about the planet Earth investigar como eliminar la pobreza extrema por lo menos, digo por lo menos porque es muchísimo dinero el que se gasta, según Wikipedia tienen un presupuesto anual de $19 billones de dólares (Dato sólo de NASA).
Y es que no soy sólo yo el que ha tocado el tema, aquí me encontré una noticia en donde habla de lo mismo en 1999 por BBC y este año por ABC donde habla que Obama no va a dejar un nuevo proyecto que los de la NASA had in mind was called Constellation where they wanted to bring people to the moon, then Mars and back, but that would cost many billions more, so they will not do to well spend the money on earth, health and education.
For this article I am writing this with such hopeful news, I'm not crazy. Seriously, I think there should be an overall attitude change what happens in the world. If we are so selfish and so competitive we will never prosper, and that Adam Smith said that the wealth would be so great that it would overwhelm the lower classes will never happen, so we need to change the way you see things.
